Biography
| My name is Rowenna Cox, and my interest in Photography was born around four years ago - I was given the chance to "mess around" with a simple Fuji snapshot camera, and I was instantly drawn into it, especially the macro function. After I completed Secondary School, I enrolled in a Graphic Design course, which included my using photographs as proof of studies, research and examples. As my knowledge and interest in photography expanded, I progressed from camera to camera, and at the moment I'm using a mixture of digital and film, from my Nikon DSLR to several "toy" film camera's, an SLR and I'm preparing to use an old Balda Baldix 120 6x6 camera during the warmer months. I edit my digital photos with two programs - Adobe Photoshop CS2 for correcting mistakes and colours, and Paint Shop Pro 9 for contrast and tonal adjustments. I use a high street developer for my 35mm film, and I scan them with an Epson Photo Scanner. If you have any questions, you're more than welcome to contact me, including print prices. |
